The Springfield Dairy Queen is looking for a Shift Leader to join our team.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday night closing shift, other days are flexible.
- Must be at least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent .
- Must have prior managing experience.
-Must have driver's license and vehicle.
-Season location. Open March 1st through end of December
Duties include
-Delegate responsibilities to staff members, making sure they complete them efficiently and accurately.
-Lead staff during busy times, ensuring orders are correct and served in a timely manner.
-Ensure policies and procedures are complete for cleaning and closing of the business at the end of the shift.
-Addressing customer complaints and satisfying their needs in a professional manner.
-Train new employees.
