Quick Facts Location: Duluth, MN Start Date: 07/17/2026 End Date: Open Shift: M-F, with occasional weekends; 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts Hours/week: Flexible Employment Type: Full-Time Licensure/Certs: MN RN Anesthetist license, CPR, BCLS, ACLS, NBCRNA Certification Experience: Graduate of accredited school of anesthesia; previous CRNA experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $245 $310 (orientation rate included) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Paid sick time (per law) Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements What You ll Do Provide anesthesia care across various surgical specialties, including operating rooms, cath labs, GI, EP, MRI, and CT as needed Manage 1-2 longer cases or 3-4 shorter cases per day Play a key role in a multidisciplinary team caring for all age groups at a Level I trauma center Collaborate with anesthesiologists in medically directed practice Support patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled Maintain accurate clinical documentation What You Need Graduate (Master s or Doctorate) from an accredited anesthesia program Valid MN RN Anesthetist license or ability to obtain NBCRNA certification (or eligible) Current CPR, BCLS, ACLS certifications At least 1-2 years of relevant anesthesia experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience in trauma or acute care settings Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong communication skills About the Assignment Join a fast-paced, well-equipped facility offering exceptional anesthesia services to a diverse patient population.
