TBB is in need of a MORNING BAKER! Are you eager to learn, great time management skills, organized, dependable and be responsible running the back of the house baking operations; mixing and scooping cookie dough, using ovens and receiving orders and stocking?

Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned.)

1. Mixing cookie dough, paying close attention to The Baked Bear recipes

2. Scooping and portioning cookie dough

3. Baking cookies/brownies in ovens according to store procedures

4. Applies knowledge of food handling requirements

5. Responsible for keeping the back of the shop and surrounding areas clean using proper cleaning procedures

6. Adheres to all company policies in a professional and timely manner

7. Able to lift 50lbs

8. Has good math skills

9. Able to use a scale and measure ingredients

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You must be professional, punctual, and demonstrate exceptional adherence to The Baked Bear recipes and procedures.

Part-time hours.

Job Types: Part-time

Salary: From $13.00 per hour, plus credit card tips which average about $15.00+ and hour
