Qualifications & Requirements: Valid Driver’s License Reliable Transportation Ability to learn new skills Ability to use basic measuring instruments: e.g., tape measure, calipers, and mics Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and diagnose electric motors, pumps, and gearboxes for faults and damages Disassemble and inspect components for repair Measure bearing fits and inspect sealing surfaces Record findings and suggest steps for repair Clean and paint components for assembly Reassemble machinery, ensuring all components are aligned and correct Perform final testing and quality control Document all repairs and maintain accurate records Machining and welding will be required Other responsibilities as they arise Expectations: Electrical troubleshooting Mechanically Inclined Ability to analyze information and diagrams Quality focused and results driven Ability to learn on the job Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental Insurance Life insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8-hour shift Some overtime situations are required Ability to Commute: Terre Haute, IN 47805 (Required) Work Location: In person
