Sr. Director - ATP Leader - Unity DXPOSITION SUMMARYResponsible for providing central expertise, support, and control for all projects in scope including developing plans and templates, following-through tasks across stakeholder groups, training/mentoring project teams, monitoring inter-project dependencies, and reporting project status and budget utilization to leadership. Focuses solely on project cost control. Refers to corporate, franchise, and specific function-driven projects, including Business Development/M&A, Digital Innovation, Analytics & Insights, Regulatory, Commercial and Customer Support, and Enabling Functions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThis role is part of Alcon's Project Management function, a team that ensures all regular and one-off projects are planned, organized, and executed effectively to help our people and the world see brilliantly. The Sr. Director, Project/Program Management (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for leading and directing large, complex projects to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery that meets business objectives.
