Director of Operations — Thermal Materials, Scale Plants

Alkegen seeks a Director of Operations to lead the Thermal Engineered Materials plants across Howell, MI and nearby sites. You will drive EBITDA, capital efficiency, throughput, and OTIF while upholding safety and quality. The role includes developing Plant Managers, deploying Lean/Six Sigma, and translating strategy into tangible improvements across the business unit.
