We’re hiring a Clinical Director in Orange and Irvine, California who wants to shape the future of behavioral healthcare while leading two brand-new outpatient clinics serving adults living with severe mental illness.

You’ll step into a fully onsite clinical leadership role focused on overseeing interdisciplinary care teams across our Orange and Irvine locations. You’ll partner with operational leadership while supporting direct patient care, supervising clinicians, driving quality outcomes, and building a culture centered around exceptional care.

• You hold an active California LCSW, LMFT, LPCC/LPC, or Psychologist license
\n • PMHNPs and Psychiatrists with leadership experience will also be considered
\n • You have experience working with adults living with severe mental illness

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $125,000–$145,000
\n • Performance bonus opportunities
