responsibilities:

• Strategic Direction : Formulate and execute operational strategies that align with general business objectives and support long-term organizational goals.

• External Partner Management : Oversee purchasing functions and maintain relationship frameworks with external partners to ensure service continuity and mitigate risk.

• Asset Control : Implement and monitor internal tracking systems to optimize asset levels and align with broader financial targets.

• Distribution Operations : Direct daily logistical flows and materials movement to ensure timely service delivery and cost-efficiency.

• Team & Functional Leadership : Guide local operational staff, set performance standards, and collaborate across departments to streamline internal workflow
