Accounting Specialist
Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join a professional team! This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate, comfortable working with numbers, and able to maintain confidentiality while handling accounting information.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, review, verify, sort, code, and match invoices.
- Set invoices up for payment and ensure information is entered accurately.
- Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Typing speed and accurate data entry are very important.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Comfortable working with numbers and detailed financial information.
