Insurance Services Rep II (Full Time)

Job Overview Insurance Services Representative II is responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and under‑paid claims. The role requires effective communication, accurate and efficient handling of high claim volume, and the ability to serve as a resource for management and level I co‑workers while maintaining quality and productive work habits. Responsibilities - Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Handle high claim volume accurately and efficiently. - Maintain consistent adherence to Mercy Service Standards and mission values.
