Job Description
- Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies that support their functional objectives
- Implement Therapeutic Methods: Inspire progress by employing research-supported techniques to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Professionals: Build partnerships with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, patient-focused care
- Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education to both patients and caregivers about therapeutic strategies to maintain improvement beyond the clinic
- Track and Document Progress: Effectively monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure consistent advancement
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Opportunities for continuing education or advanced certifications encouraged
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in good standing
- Required certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
- A genuine passion for enabling individuals to reach their greatest independence
