NSC Staffing has immediate direct hire Quality Inspector opportunities in St. Pete, FL! Job Type: Full-time Business Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday Career Level: 1-3 Years Experience Pay: $18- $21 per hour

Responsibilities

• Works from blueprints, customer drawings, industry standards, and established operating procedures to determine acceptance, rejection or rework of in-process, finished products or other samples for distribution.
• Inspects and measures items for dimensional accuracy and functionality against established criteria.
• Records information to ensure proper documentation of results.
• Proactively communicates errors and systemic trends to the quality department.
• Ensures that the test manufacturing process of different customers has been fulfilled.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic knowledge of tools (Micrometer, calipers, gauges, etc.) required.
• Basic knowledge of machining and assembly processes preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP (good manufacturing processes) documentation and FDA preferred.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
