Supportive Services Specialist – Posting #26120 Hourly Rate: $26.12 Position Summary Sea Mar Behavioral Health is seeking a full‑time Supportive Services Specialist for its Seattle, WA location. The Specialist will work autonomously and collaboratively, participating in the design, implementation, and ongoing delivery of services. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, providing mental health team consultations regarding housing resources, and designing or referring clients to housing support interventions. Qualifications Counselor Certification (Washington State) with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Educational Psychology and internship or practicum experience with direct counseling services to clients. Ability to lead support groups and conduct community outreach. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
