Contract Opportunity | 12 Months | Possible Conversion

$39–41/hour

We are hiring a Sourcing Recruiter to support hiring for technical and sales-related roles within a fast-paced, growing organization. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify top candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for technical and sales roles
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring needs
• Use creative sourcing strategies and market research
• Manage multiple searches in a fast-moving environment
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Track pipeline activity and sourcing metrics

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing technical and/or sales talent
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience in Corporate Recruiting (Tech or Global firms preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Creative and proactive sourcing approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset and strong organizational skills
