Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager Location: Heber Springs, AR Salary: $70K - $100K (DOE) Lead Reliability, Drive Continuous Improvement, and Keep Manufacturing Running at Its Best. We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, developing preventive maintenance strategies, and leading a skilled maintenance team focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead, develop, and mentor maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment Drive equipment reliability and improve overall plant uptime and production efficiency Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and support production goals Develop and track maintenance KPIs, including downtime, PM completion rates, and equipment performance Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and outside service providers Support capital projects, equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and company policies Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve equipment-related issues Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and increased equipment reliability Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring equipment failures Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, work orders, and equipment records What We're Looking For Previous experience leading maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs Proven leadership experience managing maintenance technicians or supervisors Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment and production systems Experience working with CMMS systems and maintenance tracking software Strong understanding of safety standards, OSHA regulations, and maintenance best practices Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment, PLCs, robotics, or controls systems is a plus Technical degree or equivalent maintenance leadership experience preferred Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Holidays Life Insurance Career Growth Opportunities Training & Professional Development Stable, Growing Global Manufacturer Team-Oriented Work Environment #J-18808-Ljbffr CyberCoders
