We are currently looking to fill our Plumbing Service Manager role in Rockville, MD. Responsibilities Leadership Excellence Oversee and lead a team of Plumbing technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement Revenue Performance Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the Plumbing division. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing customer relationships Operational Optimization Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs Technical Expertise Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members. Stay ahead of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure the team delivers innovative Plumbing services Customer Satisfaction Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and addressing customer concerns. Foster a customer-centric approach within the team Team Development Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
