This role is ideal for a highly motivated engineering professional with a strong background in utilities engineering, proven business development success, and established client relationships within the Fort Myers and Naples region.The successful candidate will lead complex water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects from planning through execution while playing a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening client partnerships. This position combines technical project leadership with strategic business development responsibilities and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing engineering environment.Responsibilities include managing utility infrastructure projects, developing new business opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, mentoring project teams, coordinating with municipal agencies and stakeholders, and supporting regional growth initiatives.
