API Support Specialist

Virtual Vocations Inc

Joining the Integrations team as a full-time API Support Specialist, the candidate will manage inbound technical support tickets, troubleshoot integration and payment issues, and provide timely resolutions in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own and resolve inbound technical support tickets related to API errors, integration questions, and transaction discrepancies Meet defined response and resolution SLAs, prioritizing issues by severity and client impact Maintain and grow the internal knowledge base, documenting resolutions to improve efficiency over time Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or API support role, preferably in fintech or payments Comfort with reading API documentation and troubleshooting integration issues Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and common authentication patterns Strong written communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences Ability to prioritize multiple open tickets under pressure
