Warehouse Order Selector & Stand-Up Forklift Specialist

Job Description

Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour (paid weekly)

Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Role focus

Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
Match items to pick tickets; verify quantities and item numbers.
Operate material handling equipment—pallet jacks and, as applicable, stand-up forklifts—safely.
Keep work zones clean and organized to uphold safety standards.
Flag inventory discrepancies and low stock to the team.
Partner with coworkers to achieve daily output targets and ship windows.
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.

What we’re looking for

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
Stand-up forklift experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail; quality-first mindset.
Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Physical endurance: standing, walking, and lifting during the shift.
Basic math competency (counting, measuring, verification).
Bonus: familiarity with WMS or inventory software.
Effective communicator and dependable team player.
