Position Details Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annual salary Location: New York, NY Employment Type: Full‑Time Key Responsibilities Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Manage all end‑to‑end aspects of material logistics, including kit preparation, inventory tracking, and campsite delivery setup. Program & Operational Planning: Oversee physical enrichment program preparations, manage the material assembly team, handle scheduling, coordinate supply ordering, and implement strict operational protocols. Warehouse & Workspace Management: Maintain a highly organized, clean, and positive central workspace, optimizing inventory flow and layout. Cross‑Departmental Collaboration: Foster clear, proactive communication with headquarters and on‑site camp leadership teams to ensure seamless daily camp operations. Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Continually assess and track supply chain performance and inventory accuracy, developing and documenting new methods and protocols to optimize operations. Required Skills & Qualifications Quantitative Thinking: Strong ability to plan, analyze, and assess supply metrics numerically for strategic purchasing and inventory decision‑making. Organizational Excellence: Exceptional expertise in scheduling, procurement, and high‑volume fulfillment management. Hands‑on Material Handling: Deep enthusiasm for practical, hands‑on tasks including heavy material preparation, packing, and volume management. Comfortable with the physical demands of active warehouse and logistical work. Leadership & Accountability: Proven ability to lead small production teams, cultivate a responsible and reliable team culture, and enforce strict adherence to timeline protocols. High‑Agency Problem‑Solving: Analytical approach to resolving process bottlenecks with a track record of developing innovative operational fixes.
