About the Job Product Engineering Manager
Job Summary
A leading global technology firm specializing in digital and infrastructure solutions is seeking a highly capable Project Engineering Manager. This essential role is responsible for the successful execution of complex engineering projects, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of advanced solutions to global clients. The position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and final delivery of complex engineering projects.
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of milestones.
- Collaborate directly with customers to define and document detailed technical requirements and create execution plans.
- Effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Provide technical support and expertise during the pre-sales and solution development phases.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards for quality and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in managing engineering projects, preferably in the Technology, Energy, or Advanced Engineering Services sectors.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical foundation and understanding of solution design and development processes.
- Leadership: Proven skills in leadership, resource management, and conflict resolution.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed for client or team meetings (subject to business needs).
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
