Job Description:
Seeking a Pharmacist for an 8-week Epic Conversion project at Adventist Delano Hospital. Candidates must have recent Cerner and Epic experience (within the last 5 years) and have worked as a permanent employee or successfully completed a contract assignment. California Pharmacist License is required.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy (Required)
• PharmD preferred
• Active California Pharmacist License (Required)
• Cerner & Epic experience within the last 5 years
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience preferred
• No RTO
• Must be able to start on 08/17/2026
