Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of the sales process, including the removal and installation of tires for commercial vehicles, both in-shop and on the road.
• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of store equipment and facilities, including general cleaning tasks.
• Handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving items weighing over 75 pounds in confined spaces.
• Adapt to various working conditions, including different temperatures.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety protocols.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as necessary.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
