What You'll Do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Administering precise ionizing radiation treatments using linear accelerators and CT imaging in compliance with physician prescriptions and treatment plans. Maintaining thorough and accurate electronic documentation of all treatments, patient progress, and clinical data. Positioning patients with care and precision, ensuring safety and comfort throughout each session. Operating and performing quality assurance checks on radiation therapy equipment. Collaborating with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and the broader clinical team to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care. Educating and reassuring patients and their families throughout the treatment process. What We're Looking For Education Post-secondary vocational or specialized training in Radiation Therapy or a related field. New graduates welcome — we invest in developing the next generation of radiation therapy professionals. Experience Minimum 1 year of clinical radiation therapy experience preferred. New grads with clinical rotations are encouraged to apply! Required Licenses & Certifications ARRT Registration (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Texas Medical Board — Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license. Radiologic Technologist licensure in the state of Texas. Current CPR / BLS certification. Technical Skills Proficiency operating a linear accelerator. Experience with CT imaging equipment. Comfort with clinical software and personal computer systems.
