You’ll get hands-on experience in patient care, casting, splinting, DME fitting, and injury prevention education—all while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. **What You’ll Do*** Assist in patient intake—rooming, vital signs, and obtaining medical history* Triage and assess patients, prioritizing urgent cases and coordinating care with physicians & APPs* Provide **patient education** on injury prevention, rehabilitation, pre/post-op care, and wellness* Apply **casts, splints, braces, and DME** to support recovery* Train patients on **proper device use and gait techniques*** Assist with in-office procedures and **ensure efficient patient flow*** Document patient interactions accurately in the **electronic health record (EHR)*** Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and clinic staff* Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of **patient care and safety**## Qualifications**What You Bring to the Table*** Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Athletic Training (BOC certification required) OR NBCOT certification (required within 2 years* Current Maine Licensure* BLS certification (required)* Experience in orthopaedic injury evaluation and patient care* Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills* Ability to multi-task in a high-energy environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
