Night Audit Supervisor - Durango

Position Night Audit Supervisor Department Hotel Responsibilities Successfully prep and submit the night audit process after reviewing all cashier postings for the day. Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner. Complete the daily flash report, including revenue, occupancy, and other data points, and submit to Director of Hotel Operations. Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information and assistance to hotel guests. Work in tandem with the bell, valet, and transportation team. Act as a supervisor: support, develop, and inspire the team; own the operation or shift; build caring and trusting relationships; engage and communicate; elevate performance through coaching; develop talent; champion collaboration within the team and across the business. Qualifications 1–2 years luxury hotel front desk experience preferred. Ability to resolve guest problems/complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines.
