One of California’s premier dealer groups is looking for a powerhouse General Sales Manager (GSM)ready for advancement or experienced General Manager (GM) to take the reins of a Import rooftop along the bustling I-80 corridor.

What You’ll Do:
Lead & Mentor: Cultivate a culture of accountability, professional growth, and "customer-first" service.
Optimize Operations: Drive profitability across Variable and Fixed Ops, ensuring the dealership operates at peak efficiency.
Market Dominance: Execute aggressive digital and local marketing strategies to capture and hold market share.
Inventory Management: Master the art of the turn, overseeing a diverse and high-demand inventory.
Performance Tracking: Utilize data-driven insights to forecast trends and pivot strategies in real-time.

What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of successful GSM or GM experience within a automotive dealership.
Results: A verifiable history of meeting/exceeding P&L goals and manufacturer benchmarks.
Tech-Savvy: Deep proficiency with modern CRM, DMS and inventory management tools (vAuto).
Leadership: A "lead from the front" mentality—you aren't afraid to jump in the box or walk the lot.
Compliance: A rock-solid understanding of California labor laws and automotive regulatory requirements.
