Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum that aligns with our Christian values.
• Lead classroom activities while providing guidance and support to students.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
• Collaborate with staff to create a cohesive educational strategy.
• Communicate effectively with parents and the community regarding student progress.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student development.
• Organize and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
• Mentor and train new teachers, fostering a collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Valid teaching license and certification in early childhood education.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
