We are looking for an experienced technical leader to help drive operational excellence, train operators, and optimize performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment, enjoys continuous learning, and takes pride in producing quality products. Skills needed to succeed 3 year's hands-on experience in blown film extrusion (multilayer preferred) Strong technical ability for process troubleshooting Eagerness for continuous learning Comfortable with hands-on leadership and developing others Computer literacy including Microsoft Applications - knowledge of SAP a plus Self-leadership and time management Focus to safety as a priority 2-year college degree preferred Be a part of a growing company that values people, innovation, and sustainability!
