Senior Manager VMware Platform

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, VMware Platform Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, and operations of our VMware environment. This role will oversee a team of engineers responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and highly available virtualization and private cloud services while driving automation, modernization, and operational excellence across the infrastructure platform. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of VMware infrastructure engineers. Own the design, implementation, and operation of VMware platforms, including ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, and related technologies. Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness. Drive infrastructure automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with security, networking, storage, and application teams to support enterprise objectives. Manage platform lifecycle, upgrades, capacity planning, vendor relationships, and technology roadmap development. Qualifications 10+ years of infrastructure engineering experience with deep expertise in VMware technologies. Proven experience leading enterprise infrastructure or virtualization teams. Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, and private cloud architectures. Experience with automation, infrastructure modernization, and large-scale enterprise environments.
