About the Role:

As a Staff Scheduler and Medical Supplies , you will be responsible for managing the schedules of our dedicated healthcare team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in ensuring that medical supplies are properly stocked and distributed throughout the facility. Your duties will include:

• Scheduling staff members for shifts and ensuring adequate coverage

• Managing and maintaining medical supplies inventory

• Coordinating with nursing staff to ensure that supplies are properly stocked and distributed

• Monitoring and reporting on supply levels to prevent shortages

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

• Maintaining accurate records of scheduling and supply management

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or a related field
