Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 48 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required within the last 12 months.

• BSN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Recent experience in orthopedics. - Previous program development and implementation experience with a minimum of four (4) years of clinical nursing experience. - Thorough knowledge of TJC Disease-Specific and other regulatory requirements.

Required Credentials: - Orthopedic Nurse Certification from Orthopedic Nurses Certification Board or other relevant specialty certification.

Unit Details: - Focus of this role is stroke and cardiac.

Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Friday.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
