Clinical Director – ABA

Base Salary: $100,000–$110,000 annually
Required: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
Education: Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a Related Field
Leadership: Clinical Leadership or Supervisory Experience in an ABA Setting
Billable Requirement: Minimum 10 Billable Hours per Week

About the Opportunity

Our client provides individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, with a focus on developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

The organization provides personalized 1:1 therapy for children ages 2–10 while partnering with families and other care providers to promote meaningful progress, greater independence, and long-term developmental outcomes.

The Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership, oversight, and quality assurance for ABA services within an assigned clinic. Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Operations, this role will lead and mentor clinical staff, maintain high standards of care, and ensure treatment remains ethical, evidence-based, and medically necessary.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all ABA services within the assigned clinic
• Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, payer requirements, and company clinical standards
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate BCBAs and Clinical Case Managers
• Support the professional development and continued growth of clinical team members
• Monitor the quality of BT/RBT supervision and provide coaching and guidance to clinicians
• Conduct clinical audits, treatment reviews, fidelity observations, and quality improvement initiatives
• Review assessments, treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and programming to ensure evidence-based care
• Support implementation of PRT/NDBI clinical models
• Maintain a limited clinical caseload with a minimum of 10 billable hours per week
• Provide treatment modifications, parent training, assessments, direct supervision, and clinical consultations
• Ensure clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress reports, and authorization renewals are accurate and completed on time
• Partner with the Operations Manager on staffing, scheduling, client transitions, and overall clinic performance
• Support clinical onboarding, performance evaluations, corrective action plans, and professional development initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Clinical leadership or supervisory experience within an ABA setting
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and treatment planning
• Understanding of clinical documentation standards and payer requirements
• Proven ability to mentor clinicians and develop high-performing clinical teams
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ethical practice, client-centered care, and professional development
