Requirements

Licensure & Certifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or a Multi-State Compact RN License
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association
• Current CPR Certification

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Previous Dialysis experience required
• Acute Care or Ambulatory Nursing experience preferred

• Mountlake Terrace
• Everett
• Monroe
• Smokey Point
