Rapha Mental and Wellness Center is searching for a dedicated and qualified Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position is designed for professionals who are passionate about improving the mental health of individuals facing mood disorders. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse group of clients, helping them navigate challenges such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues.

Work Environment\nThis position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative workspace with fellow professionals. While the primary work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, there may be occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\nThe responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist include but are not limited to:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. \n
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, preferences, and treatment goals. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to treat mood disorders effectively. \n
- Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and practical self-care strategies to promote mental wellness. \n
- Regularly monitoring and documenting client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs. \n
- Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients. \n
- Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to enhance therapeutic effectiveness. \n
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client interactions in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. \n
- Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance clinical skills and knowledge. \n
- Advocating for clients’ mental health needs, promoting awareness and understanding of mood disorders within the community. \n
As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Rapha Mental and Wellness Center, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Our patient population is diverse, representing various backgrounds and life experiences, which enriches our therapeutic environment and enhances treatment outcomes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona. \n
- Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience focusing on mood disorders is preferred. \n
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly CBT and DBT, is essential. \n
- A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and its relevance to mood disorders is highly beneficial. \n
While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in outpatient settings or those who have worked with multi-disciplinary teams will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is a plus, as these tools are integral to our practice.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
