We’re seeking a Community Manager to oversee a well-established affordable housing community in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. What You’ll Do Oversee the daily operations of an established affordable housing community. Manage occupancy, leasing, budgeting, and overall property performance. Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, and Fair Housing regulations. Lead, coach, and support the onsite team while fostering a positive work environment. Partner with maintenance to ensure the community remains safe, attractive, and well maintained. Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and ownership while delivering exceptional customer service. What We’re Looking For Due to the nature of this position, at least two or more years of property management experience is REQUIRED Experience managing LIHTC and/or Project-Based Section 8 communities. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office. Affordable housing certifications are preferred but not required.
