Job TitleJob Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 4:30PM to 3 AM -- 4/10 work week -- Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformanceStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection.Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED2+ years of work experienceAbility to read and interpret work instructions and drawingsAbility to become solder certifiedEffective communication and team workComputer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working teamA passion for learning/knowledgePay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $34862 - $55778 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
