Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery (L&D) and Postpartum RN to provide compassionate, high-quality care during NOC shifts with call responsibilities. The role requires a versatile nurse able to manage all aspects of labor, delivery, and postpartum patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care to patients according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor fetal and maternal status continuously, recognizing and responding to complications promptly.
• Document patient observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in compliance with hospital policies.
• Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the childbirth process.
• Maintain clinical competencies and adhere to all safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Montana nursing license or qualifying compact license.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in OB, labor, and delivery, and postpartum nursing.
• Have valid BLS, ACLS, NRP, and intermediate AWHONN certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in labor support, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
