Customer Service Coordinator A Team Home Services is looking for a self-motivated, personable, and career-minded Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a phone-heavy customer service and scheduling role focused on creating a great customer experience from the first interaction through follow-up and resolution. This is not a sit-and-wait job. When call volume slows down, you'll be expected to follow up with customers, work through outstanding requests, and look for opportunities to keep things moving. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, stays productive without constant supervision, and is motivated by results. This position is primarily work-from-home but is not fully remote. Candidates must live within approximately a 1-hour commute of our Hutto, TX office and be able to report to the office for training, meetings, or when home internet or power issues prevent remote work. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional, friendly customer service by phone, text, email, and other communication channels. Schedule, reschedule, and manage customer appointments based on customer needs and technician availability. Address customer concerns and work toward effective solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are addressed and opportunities are not missed. Maintain accurate customer and appointment information. Communicate effectively with technicians, management, and team members. Manage multiple customer needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Take ownership of your workload and proactively identify what needs to be done between calls. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of professional customer service experience. 1+ year of professional work-from-home or hybrid experience. 1+ year of professional customer service experience involving regular phone interaction. Previous experience scheduling customer appointments. ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred but not required. Experience in home services, skilled trades, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another service-based company is a strong plus. Strong verbal and written communication, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work independently, stay productive without constant supervision, and manage multiple priorities. Reliable high-speed internet (e.g., 1,000 Mbps / 1 Gbps) and a dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for customer phone calls. Ability to commute to our Hutto office when required. High school diploma or equivalent. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $16$20/hour based on experience In addition to base pay, this position offers weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses tied to customer service, booking performance, call quality, and overall results. Total annual compensation can range from approximately $39,000$78,000 based on experience and performance, with high-performing Customer Service Coordinators having the opportunity to earn $75,000+ annually.
