Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager – Cooperstown, NY Cooperstown Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager. We are now offering a $5,000 bonus, daily pay through a trusted third‑party provider, and premium health coverage through Aetna with low out‑of‑pocket costs. Responsibilities Handle all supervisory duties for the assigned unit Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical and career advice Maintain the standards of care for the unit Review resident records and quality of care Monitor overall care and review individual residents’ cases Address questions or complaints brought forward by residents or their families Represent the unit’s interests with upper‑level management Qualifications Must hold a valid State RN license 3 years of long term care experience preferred 2 years of charge nurse experience preferred Strong computer skills Excellent communication skills About Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Cooperstown Center is a 174‑bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in the heart of the Mohawk Valley and just minutes away from the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
