About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim CFO to provide executive leadership and oversight of the finance organization during a critical executive transition. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with the CEO, ownership group, and senior leadership team, and will lead and support an established, high-performing finance team. This role is not focused on turnaround or transformation but rather on maintaining continuity across financial reporting, planning, analysis, and core finance activities. The Interim CFO will also oversee financial operations, ensure appropriate financial discipline and execution, and serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO and ownership group. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should be seasoned CFOs or senior finance executives with prior CFO experience. Experience in healthcare services and/or tech-enabled healthcare is strongly preferred, and operating in a PE-backed environment is a plus. The ideal candidate will have complex revenue recognition experience, strong executive presence, and communication skills, and the ability to quickly earn the confidence of the team. Strong leadership skills with a practical, hands-on approach are essential, as is the ability to partner effectively with CEOs, boards, and ownership groups. The role requires a commitment to an interim assignment of approximately 3 months, with the potential for extension, and the ability to make an immediate impact without a turnaround or transformation mandate.
