Behavioral Intervention SpecialistA New Hope provides home and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on skill development, independence, and quality of life. A New Hope is hiring Behavioral Intervention Specialists to work with children and young adults (ages 3–21) with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.You will provide 1:1 support and structured interventions to help participants build:Communication skillsSocial skillsBehavioral regulationIndependent living skillsSessions may take place in homes, community locations, or other natural environments based on participant needs.At A New Hope, we believe support matters — not just for the individuals we serve, but for our employees too.
