Manager, Product Design

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Product Design to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will guide a product design portfolio across digital and in-store experiences, with a strong focus on creating cohesive, customer-centered journeys. The Manager will help shape design strategy, advance AI-enabled experiences, and ensure the work reflects both innovation and trust. Cross-functional partnership with engineering, product management, and marketing will be essential to delivering high-quality outcomes for the business and its customers. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,470 – $198,200 annually Responsibilities Lead a diverse product design portfolio, ensuring a cohesive client-centered experience across digital and in-store platforms. Foster innovation by facilitating design thinking sessions and integrating user research. Drive the adoption of AI in design, focusing on user-friendly and trust-building experiences. Mentor design team members, ensuring high quality from initial concepts to final prototypes. Enhance collaboration and trust across departments including engineering, marketing, and product management. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UX design, specifically in e-commerce and mobile app design. At least 3 years of management experience leading design teams. Expertise in developing AI-powered customer experiences, including personalization and intelligent product recommendations. Proven track record in shaping product strategy and user experience vision. Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams and coach designers on modern workflows. Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
