Make a meaningful impact as an Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist working with a dedicated team supporting young learners aged 3-5 in a dynamic school environment. This contract opportunity spans the academic year, offering the chance to provide critical services and watch students grow every day.

The ideal candidate possesses current SLP-CCC credentials as well as a Minnesota SLP license, ensuring both expertise and compliance with state requirements. Your work will revolve around an ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) caseload, giving you the opportunity to engage with children in their formative years and collaborate closely with fellow specialists and educators. You’ll play a pivotal part in speech and language development, partnering with families and school teams to craft targeted intervention plans and measure progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Minnesota SLP license required (must be submitted with resume)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting, preferably with early childhood populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students aged 3-5 in an early childhood setting
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development as needed
