Our aim is to steward people with intentionality to maximize their capacity. Opportunities Area Leader PT/FT 20-40+ hours a week, AM Availability 11-4, PM Availability 4-9. Required 4 days a week including Fridays & Saturdays. An Area Leader at Chick-fil-A Phillipsburg is an entry level leadership position that supports day to day operations by serving the Captain as one of the five key leaders in the business. Area Leaders are responsible for exemplifying excellent hospitality to our customers while leading by example to their small break out teams of 3-6 people. An Area Leader will be expected to open or close the restaurant 2-3 times a week but is primarily responsible for being available during lunch/dinner shifts. This position reports directly to the Captain on their shift. Core competencies include: Delegate, Policy, Accountability, Coachable & Servant. Captain PT/FT, 20-40+ hours a week, AM Availability 5:45-3, PM Availability 2-11:30, Expected to work a Captain shift twice a week. A Captain at Chick-fil-A Phillipsburg is the senior most operational leader in the business. The Captain has the knowledge to work any position in the business and has the operational IQ to lead the Area Leader team to run a successful shift. The Captain should be able to assess the dynamic tendencies of the business and make intentional decisions to ensure we are serving our guests according to our brand standards. This position reports directly to the Operations Director. This position is required to work regularly on Fridays and Saturdays. Core competencies include: Self-Aware, Ownership, Productivity, Operational IQ & Adaptable. Assistant Director PT/FT 20-40+ hours a week, potential overtime. Required to captain at least 2 days a week. An Assistant Director can serve operationally as an Area Leader and Captain but also has the capacity to serve the business in a greater, more specific function. Assistant Directors serve in one of the 4 key departments in the business, and hold important responsibility to steer the business towards success. This position reports to their Director and has weekly scheduled time out of the business to accomplish their goals. This position is required to work regularly on Fridays and Saturdays. Core competencies include: Time Management, Vision, Independence, Trust, Willingness. Director Full Time, 40+ hours a week, potential overtime, required to captain at least 2 days a week. A Director is a leader of leaders who has proven ability to run shifts as a Captain during our busiest sales days and can lead a small team of people to reach monthly goals. The Director has complete ownership of their Department in the business and is able to have the autonomy to think creatively, lead personally and strive for business results. This position reports to the Executive Director and has weekly scheduled time out of the business to accomplish their responsibilities. This position is required to work regularly on Fridays and Saturdays. Core competencies include: Empathy, Professional Awareness, Motivate, Developer & Innovator.
