Senior Associate, Process Manager (Hybrid) The Role: As a Process Manager on the C&O SEA Team, you will lead critical and strategic business projects. Your work will be closely aligned with stakeholders to deliver lasting impact within Branch and Cafe operations, creating sustainable infrastructure and removing impediments for frontline staff. General Responsibilities: Lead moderate to complex projects, processes and programs. Own process across Branch and Cafe Operations. Conduct scheduled review and maintenance of processes and procedures. Plan and execute program‑level communication to keep stakeholders informed. Ensure timely execution of review processes and data integrity within the program. Identify, communicate and remediate process/project gaps. Utilize data‑driven insights to design, develop and manage process documentation, revising as requirements change. Ensure processes are documented to mitigate risk and deliver on schedule. Exhibit influencing skills to drive process/program efforts. Run retrospectives and analyze reviews to inform program enhancements. Communicate and partner with stakeholders at all levels to influence outcomes. Partner cross‑functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership. Location: This role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in office and the remainder working virtually. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma, GED or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience with Project or Process Management. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or military experience. 6+ years of experience with Project or Process Management.
