Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year, plus bonus

We're now hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the Fort Worth, Texas location and carry that tradition forward.

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience required
• Proven track record of achieving strong financial results
• Trust, honesty, integrity, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction
• A real desire to mentor, coach, and develop your team
• Energetic, hands-on leadership style suited to a fast-paced environment
• BBQ experience is a plus, but not required

Job Responsibilities

As Restaurant Manager in Fort Worth, Texas, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver an authentic, high-quality guest experience
• Motivate and coach staff while upholding top-notch food quality standards
• Manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Prepare monthly reports for the corporate office
• Oversee financial procedures, including P&L, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other transactions
• Lead by example, mentoring your team to consistently achieve performance goals
