Job Description

General Labor Pay : $19.00/hour Shift : 1st Shift (5:00 AM–1:30 PM) or 3rd Shift (7:00 PM–3:30 AM) Location : Grand Rapids, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a General Labor for our manufacturing/foundry client to start immediately at $19.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Assist with general foundry production and manufacturing operations
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
Operate basic production equipment and hand tools safely
Grind, clean, inspect, and finish castings as needed
Follow safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
Strong attention to safety and quality standards
Effective communication skills
Reliable and punctual attendance

Skills

General foundry production and foundry facility support
Working safely around hot, fast-paced industrial environments
Hand tools and basic production equipment operation
Keeping work areas clean and organized
Ability to work independently and with a team
