Key Responsibilities

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the property's functionality, safety, and curb appeal.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete resident service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing issues
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and minor electrical repairs
• Diagnose and repair household appliances
• Perform carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and general upkeep
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready preparations
• Help maintain community grounds and overall curb appeal
• Identify maintenance concerns and address them proactively
• Ensure vacant units are move-in ready and meet company standards

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions
• Experience completing work orders independently
• Knowledge of:
  • Basic plumbing repairs
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Appliance diagnostics and repair
  • Carpentry and drywall repair
  • General apartment maintenance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Own tools required
