As an Account Manager for Heather Montagne State Farm, you are not just servicing accounts — you are driving growth. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Conduct policy reviews and uncover cross-sell opportunities
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend coverage solutions
• Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, and warm leads
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly production goals
• Resolve complex customer concerns with professionalism and urgency

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Insurance sales or account management experience preferred
